At Modest Guru Cosmetics, your satisfaction is important to us. Due to hygiene and safety standards associated with cosmetic products, we are unable to accept returns on used or opened items.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Unopened and unused items may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be in their original packaging and in resaleable condition.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used cosmetic products

  • Lashes that have been worn or altered

  • Sale or promotional items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will gladly replace the item or issue a store credit when applicable.

All approved returns will be processed as store credit only. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
